Artist Bio

Tetiana Tsarenko is an Ukrainian artist based in Dublin. Born in 1994, she trained at the Shevchenko Art School and the Boichuk Academy of Arts in Kyiv. Working primarily in oil on canvas, her figurative compositions move between realism and symbolism, drawn from landscape, architecture, and animal portraiture.

Since relocating from Kyiv to Ireland in 2022, her practice has centred on displacement and belonging — painting as a way

of turning unfamiliar surroundings into places of connection.

Selected for the 194th Royal Hibernian Academy Annual Exhibition (2024).
